Ordering Online
Begin by browsing our unique collection of merchandise. When you see something you like, click the "order" button. This will keep your favorite goodies together until you’re ready to check out. You can review the items in your basket by clicking the "show order" button on the left hand side.
This will take you to a page where you can add or remove items from your basket at anytime. Nothing will be billed to your account until you’ve completed the check out process. You may also order by phone,
fax or e-mail. We may be reached on our toll free phone fax at 1-877-61-GIFTS (1-877-614-4387). Occasionally
an order may not total correctly upon checkout. Not to worry, we will notify you
of the correct order total promptly and you will have the option to cancel or
proceed with the order. Why might this happen? A few examples...some browsers do
not support our cart manager or maybe the shipping software doesn't
recognize your shipping zip code and therefore an incomplete total is given. In
cases where the total is wrong, we are not bound by the incorrect total unless
we don't notify you before the item(s) ship.

Ordering By Phone
We’re happy to take your Mamabebe.com orders over the telephone. Just give us a ring at our toll free number, 1-877-61-GIFTS (1-877-614-4387). We may not always answer the phone
right away but leave a message and we will promptly get back to you within 24-48 hours.
Gifts Orders
For your convenience, we’re happy to ship your
gift orders directly to the recipient. We include a hand written gift card. An
invoice is not enclosed in gift orders.
Gift packaging
As a service to you, we offer free gift wrap on most of the items we sell. Please note for some custom orders, gift wrapping is not an option but a gift card with a personalized message is included with every order (perfect for those baby showers and birthday parties on the other side of the country). Also, some items cannot be gift packaged, due to unusual size or shape. Items that can not be gift wrapped are marked throughout the web catalog. Baby shower favors, crib bedding and items that are not gift items are not gift-wrapped.
Gift Certificates
Mamabebe.com gift certificates are now available in $25
increments and can be sent immediately via e-mail or via regular mail. Gift certificates can not be used in conjunction with promotional offers. Unused portions will be issued as a store credit.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We know how excited you are to receive your order and we will do everything we can to get it to you as quickly as possible. Please note that
we ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Although most
in stock orders ship the day they are ordered, please allow 1-2 days for handling, especially during the holiday season. Orders must be placed by Five
O'clock PM
(5 PM ) Eastern Standard Time to be considered for shipping the next business day. Ground shipments will arrive within 7-10 business days if shipped via UPS or 2-3 days if shipped USPS Priority mail. Please note that according to UPS,
the first shipping day, is not counted as a shipping day. For example, if the order is UPS 3 Day Select and it ships on Monday, it will arrive on Thursday. If shipping via ground, we reserve the right to choose the carrier
that will get you your items the fastest even though
we use UPS shipping scale to calculate the shipping total online. The costs are comparable to USPS Priority Mail.
**Please note that for certain orders, shipping occassionally may not be added at check-out. If this happens, we reserve the right to add shipping charges to the credit card used for the initial order. Shipping is not free unless you have a "free shipping" coupon!
**Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping charges that occur as a result of their error, ie: bad addresses, refused shipments, etc. You will be charged the fees that the shipping carrier charges us. Fees will be charged to the card used to place the order.
**Please note that shipping time to PR, Canada and International shipments are not guaranteed and make take longer than anticipated because of customs. Mama Bebe is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or customs or for duty taxes. As the customer, you accept the risk of your package not being delivered internationally and duty taxes(for recipient). Our responsibility is to get the package to the shipper. Once the package is with the shipper, it is their responsibility to deliver it. Please contact them with your tracking number to help trace missing or delayed packages or with customs questions. We hesitantly deliver internationally but will do so upon a customers request and as such you are agreeing to the conditions above.
**Custom orders are processed once a day and sent to the respective artists. Orders received after NOON EST will be processed the next business day. Please take this into consideration when calcualting time to receive personalized items such as the cross and puzzle stools.
Shipping Options
Mamabebe.com mainly showcases pieces created by small-scale artisans across the United States. In
order to ship the item faster to the recipient, we often ship directly from the artist, as personalized
items and custom created items are not kept in stock. Not only is it faster, but it saves in overall costs
that don't have to passed on to the consumer...you! Please carefully read each items description for
specifics. Most of the artists ship via USPS Priority Mail which has an expected ship date of 2-3
days. If you need the item by a specific date, please let us know by
mentioning it on the order form. We always do our best to make sure it
arrives!
At this time we ship packages to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. In the cases of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, packages will be sent 2nd Day Air and will be charged accordingly. Additionally, certain oversized items cannot be shipped to these addresses. Furthermore, in the case of APO/FPO addresses, the military handles the final stage of delivery, so we are unable to estimate the shipping times to these addresses. Packages to these addresses will be sent USPS
Priority Mail. Also, please note certain oversized items cannot be shipped to these addresses.
Packages to U.S. post office boxes (P.O. boxes) will only be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as we ship your order, we’ll send you an e-mail to let you know it’s on the way.
Most of our artists provide tracking numbers. If available, you’ll receive a tracking number for either UPS,
Fed-Ex or the US Postal Service, depending on which carrier was used to ship your order. You can use this number to track your order online at

Changing or Canceling Orders
At Mamabebe.com, we want you to be completely thrilled with your order.
Should you decide to change or cancel an order, please e-mail us immediately at
info@mamabebe.com. If your order has already been
processed and it is a custom ordered item, it may not be cancelled. If your item
is not a custom ordered item and it has been shipped, simply return the shipment by following the 3 easy steps listed in the next
section. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless we made a mistake.
Returns
To return an item, please e-mail us at info@mamabebe.com to receive a return authorization number. Items will not be accepted for return without this number.
Mamabebe.com will gladly exchange or refund any item within
30 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange the product for other merchandise, simply follow the steps below to return the item.
Once the original item is returned, you will either receive store credit or a credit on your credit card in the amount
that you paid (this excludes any promotional discounts and original shipping costs). Items must be in sellable condition. If you didn’t actually make the purchase (say, you received it as a gift) and would like to return it, we’ll issue you store credit toward your next visit with us.
Sale items can not be returned. Note that it typically takes anywhere from 4-6 weeks to complete the processing of returns.
The few things you can’t send back:
Anything personalized or monogrammed. These items may be exchanged only if we made a mistake. If we made a mistake, we offer an EXCHANGE ONLY for the same product. We must be notified within 30 days of your initial order to make the exchange. Mistakes do not include subjective issues such as color likeness, hand writing neatness, paint eveness, etc. Hand made items are hand made and will have imperfections. Issues covered are, item was done with the wrong name, item damaged, etc. Examples of non-returnable custom ordered items include rocking horses, crosses, tooth fairy pillows, gift baskets, chenille birthday dresses and puzzle stools and coat racks. If an item has a wait time in order for it to be produced then it is a custom order item and is not returnable even if not mentioned above. Sale items
can not be returned. Crib bedding may be returned for store
credit only within 30 days of the order.
Here’s the three-step routine for returning
items
Step 1:E-mail us to get a return authorization number. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! Don’t forget. We must know who's sending what back to properly credit your account.

Step 2: Re-pack the product in its original
box and address it using the address we have given you.
Be sure to write your return authorization number on the packing slip and place this important paperwork inside the package.
Please note that your return shipping charges are reimbursed if the item is being returned as a result of our error. Please note whether you would like a refund, exchange or store credit. If
requesting an exchange and the new items exceeds the cost of the returned item, the difference must be paid by credit card.
A Special Note for Gift Returns: If you're returning something you received as a gift, please put your name, email address,
senders name and phone number on the packing slip. This info is needed so that we can contact you with a code for your in-store credit.
Also, please check our website to see if your gift was a custom ordered item
before trying to make a return.
Step 3: Please ship the product back to us via UPS,
FedEx, or USPS, and we STRONGLY recommend that you insure the package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse
in their original condition. **Please note that packages marked "Return To Sender" will not be accepted. We HIGHLY recommend you send the package back yourself so that you have a tracking number. We are not responsible for the package if you mark "return to sender" on it and we do not receive it.
Safe Shopping Guarantee & Sales Tax
Thanks to our super-secure server and all the careful measures we take to protect your information, we’re able to guarantee that every transaction you make will be safe. Also, under the Fair Credit Billing Act consumers have the right to dispute charges on their monthly bill and can only be held liable for $50 of fraudulent charges.
Sales Tax will be charged only on orders shipped within the state of Virginia
(4.5%). Shipments to addresses outside of Virginia will not be charged sales tax (woo woo!).

From time to time we offer exciting discounts and promotions that are featured on our site. Each deal is governed by a set of rules that are spelled out in the fine print that appears with the offer.
