Accessories are available for most crib bedding sets.  Please e-mail us for availability.  Crib bedding can be returned for store credit only at this time within 15 days (see policy information below). Most bedding ships within 1-2 weeks of being ordered however please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery. 

 To return or exchange an item use the following procedure:

1. Check our return policy to determine what kind of refund or credit you might receive.

2. Call our number at (1-608-495-1909) or send e-mail to mailto:customersvc@mamabebe.com for a Refund Authoriation Number RAN).

3. Write the reason for the return on the copy of the invoice. If a product is defective, please indicate the nature of the defect.

4. Indicate the response you expect from us in accordance with our policies: replacement, refund, or store credit. Please mention this on the invoice copy.

5. Place the invoice copy, merchandise, and all original packaging in a sturdy, safe, and secure container in such a way so as to avoid damage to the item. We recommend insuring the package.

6. Write your RAN on the top of the box. Shipments without authorization will be refused. Ship package via insured mail to address given with RAN#.
