Crib Bedding and Special Order Policies:

Because all crib bedding items are special order, special restrictions apply. All returned crib bedding and customized items will receive a www.mamabebe.com store credit for the purchasing price. Crib bedding that has been washed is not returnable for credit. All items must be in the condition they were received…new...when returned. Furniture orders and accessories in our crib bedding section are also special order and cannot be returned. Customers with warrantee concerns may contact www.mamabebe.com or the manufacturer of their product for assistance. Crib bedding and items received as gifts are returnable for store credit only. Clearance items (those offered at 25% or more of their original price) are non-refundable and non-returnable. All crib bedding orders cannot be cancelled if the order ahs been placed with the manufacturer due to their customized and special order nature. If canceled once order is places, the amount will be available in form of store credit. The same applies to furniture and accessory orders. These policies will be disregarded only in the following cases: the product arrives damaged due to mishandling during USPS or UPS shipping, the product is defective, or there was a shipping error on the part of www.mamabebe.com or one of its manufacturers. In this case, the product will be exchanged for a non-defective one.

To return or exchange an item use the following procedure:

1. Check our return policy to determine what kind of refund or credit you might receive.

2. Call our toll free line (1-877-61-GIFTS) or send e-mail to mailto:info@mamabebe.com for a Refund Authoriation Number RAN).

3. Write the reason for the return on the copy of the invoice. If a product is defective, please indicate the nature of the defect.

4. Indicate the response you expect from us in accordance with our policies: replacement, refund, or store credit. Please mention this on the invoice copy.

5. Place the invoice copy, merchandise, and all original packaging in a sturdy, safe, and secure container in such a way so as to avoid damage to the item. We recommend insuring the package.

6. Write your RAN on the top of the box. Shipments without authorization will be refused. Ship package via insured mail to address given with RAN#.
